As an NWORX Product Analyst, you will be responsible to define, measure and impact-specific product metrics.
In this role, you will analyze product requirements elicited from various sources including user feedback and build case for them to added to backlog.
As a part of this role, you will work in collaboration with different departments to perform in-depth analysis for any product level releases, monthly and quarterly analysis for various product features and NWORX programs.

Own all product release impact analysis for NWORX products.
Define the primary, secondary, and tertiary metrics for a product module and measure the impact on the same via product release.
Identify key product roadmap features based on an analysis of on going programs and user testing initiatives to impact product growth.
Liaise with various stakeholders regarding data requirements and configurations of various NWORX products.
Sharing the ownership of product requirement documentation along with different stakeholders in product.
Minimum 6 months of analytics experience, preferably as a Product Analyst.
Bachelors or Masters in an analytical or technical field; computer science preferred.
Proficient in analyzing data using MS Excel. Preference for candidates with experience using analytics tools like Big Query.
Preference for candidates with: Proven ability to analyze the usage and challenges in tech products at scale; Experience in handling cross functional data requirements / interactions with teams.
